The price was very reasonable and with consideration of the fact that I am retired and my wife disabled everything brought forth was working in our favor. He suggested a Trane Heater and I agreed. Reyes suggested we replace the entire heater with a more efficient and reliable heating unit. Upon hearing his assessment, I became aware that another direction needed to be taken to rectify my need of a central forced air heating unit. Having been a contractor myself (currently retired), I knew he was right on the button. He started out by saying that the parts that were needed to repair the unit may not even be available due to the age of the heater. I agreed with him and told him that it may be older than both of us together!! We laughed and then got down to business. Reyes looked at the heater in astonishment and stated that the unit was quite old. Reyes contacted me promptly to make an appointment to assess the situation. I contacted Home Advisor and they directed me to Reyes Heating and Air. I had a forced air heating unit that went out on Saturday, February 37, 2021. Oh, and the office staff was amazingly responsive as well. Go ahead and contact multiple contractors but make sure you include Reyes Heating and Air. By the end of the install, we were completely satisfied and are thoroughly enjoying the cooler temps provided by our new system. The entire time, the crew was respectful of our home and kept the noise down the entire time.

Three days were needed to install the outside unit, indoor handler unit and ducting in the attic. Reyes Heat and Air was the obvious choice. A third company was unresponsive and seemed uninterested. The second company offered a quote almost $4,000 more for a slightly smaller heat-pump.
